What about those other people on your team that need access to Simplexam?
At Simplexam, we make it simple for you to add users and control what they can see and do when they log in. Get your team up and running on Simplexam by following the steps below:
Add a Manager, Biller, or Staff User
- Click Users on the left side bar.
- Next, click the Add Manager / Biller / Staff button at the top right of your screen.
- Enter their First Name, Last Name, and Email in the provided fields.
- Select a Role for your user. Click here for more information about User Roles
- Manager: For individuals that will be able to see all data and add or manage other users.
- Biller: For specialists that will have access to all data, including the billing module and reports.
- Staff: For team members that will perform basic functions and not have access to billing.
- Click Save. The new user will receive an email allowing them to create a password and log in to Simplexam.
It's that simple! We've done studies. 60% of the time it works every time. Just watch out for those new users that say they didn't see the email, or that they forgot to click on the link to set up their user account in Simplexam. That's okay! Your users will remain in the Invited Users tab until they login the first time. After that, they will appear in the Active Users tab. At any point you change your mind you can revoke your invitation, or disable user access from this same screen.
