5.4 Examination Documents Service

The Examination Documents Service provides the Examiner with a list of useful examination documents that can be printed, completed, then uploaded back to the Simplexam platform. The filled documents will then be available for use by the examiner.

5.4.1 How to download documents:

• Click Examination in Simple Services.

• Check the boxes of the documents you need to print and click Download. 

•  Once the documents are downloaded, print them, fill the details and scan the documents to upload it into the application. 

5.4.2 How to upload the documents

• Keep the scanned document ready to be uploaded in the application. Click Upload file at the bottom of the page. 

• Select the file to be uploaded to the application. 

• Click Save, a success message will appear and you can see the document in the section at the bottom of this page. You can also download or remove the document in the document section.
