A place for every Scribble, every Scribble in its place.

Examiners need to sign a lot of stuff. With Simplexam, making sure an examiner's signature is always where it needs to be is incredibly simple. A critical part of adding examiners to Simplexam is making sure their signature is on file so that it may be added to applicable documents generated in the program. While examiners can technically add their own signature, Simplexam signature experts strongly recommend doing it for them as soon as you add them as an Examiner in Simplexam. Here is how:
Upload an Examiner Signature
Click Users on the left side bar.
Next, click the Examiners tab.
If the Examiner is already listed, click on his row in the table, then click the Rendering Provider tab.
If you have not already added the examiner, click Add Examiner, and follow the steps found in the Adding Examiners knowledge base article.
On the Rendering Provider tab you will see an area to Upload the Examiner Signature.
Upload Signature: In order to upload the Examiner's signature, you will need to already have a signature file on your computer to upload (see figure 1 below).
If already have a signature file on your computer, click the Upload button.
In the pop up, either drag your file into the Drag and Drop rectangle, or click on the blue Upload from your computer button to find your file (see figure 2 below).
Once you have it, click Save.
On the next screen you should see the Examiner's signature. Drag the dashed rectangle box to fit the signature inside of it and click Apply. If it does not fit, you may need to obtain a new signature file. (see figure 3 below).
You should now see the Examiner's signature in the small box below a remove button (see figure 4 below). If it looks good to you, click Save and you're all done. If it doesn't, you can try the above process again, or proceed to the process in Step B below.
If you do not already have the Examiner's signature on your computer, or if the process in Step A did not work for you, Simplexam signature experts recommend the following process for obtaining a new signature file from the Examiner.
Send this request to the Examiner:
Find a blank piece of paper.
Write your signature on the page.
Take a picture of the entire page with your signature on it.
Send the picture of your signature to me via text message or email.
Once the Examiner has sent you their Signature :
Find the signature file in your phone or email and save it to your computer.
Go back to Step A above to upload the Examiner's signature file into Simplexam.
1. Rendering Provider > Upload Signature. | 2. Find and attach signature file from your computer. |
3. Place signature inside rectangle. | 4. Saved signature. |
