Summary

The Analytics section in Simplexam provides a collection of helpful reports for users to track upcoming appointments, manage workflow progress, obtain and submit reports for billing, and analyze financial performance. Users are able to view, filter, and export data to support operational workflow tracking and business data analysis.

Description

The Analytics module serves as the central hub for data reporting and analysis in Simplexam. It consolidates key information about appointments, examiner reports, billing, accounts receivable, and financial performance into one accessible area. Users can explore various predefined reports, adjust date ranges, and analyze metrics directly within the platform or through exported Excel files. This feature empowers administrative and management users to understand performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow-up on pending activities such as upcoming appointments, examiner reports, bills to send, or outstanding collections.

How to Use

  1. On the Simplexam dashboard, click Analytics from the main navigation menu found on the left side of the screen. 

  2. Each Analytics report displays a date range field and a blue Run button to click in order to generate results. 

  3. Users can easily find data by modifying the date range, sorting by various data columns, or use the search box to search by claimant name, or any other text found in the data.

  4. Columns can be moved left or right, frozen in place, or removed altogether to allow users to view the data to their preferences in each report.

  5. Data can be filtered in most columns such as Examiner, Exam Type, Location, or Status to only show the data that is needed at the moment.

  6. The blue Export allows users to export the data from any Simplexam Analytics report into a spreadsheet for deeper analysis. 

  7. Use Upcoming AppointmentsUpcoming Supplementals, and Upcoming Depositions to track and prepare for items in the future. 

  8. Use Awaiting ReportAwaiting Billing, and Awaiting Collections to complete work for items with dates of service in the past. 

  9. Use Accounts ReceivablePayments ListCharges ReportBills ReportPayments Report and Bad Debt to provide insights into monthly organizational performance and revenue flow.
